You can make changes to your tickets up to one hour before your scheduled entry time, depending on the terms and conditions associated with your specific ticket. However, keep in mind that once your scheduled entry time has passed or you have reached that time, you will no longer be able to view or amend your tickets through the booking portal.

Accessing the Account Holder Portal
- Please log into the Account Holder Portal using your order number and email address entered at the time you made the booking N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, please enter the email address associated with this account.
- Enter the 6 digit verification code sent to your email. The code will expire after 10 minutes if not activated.
- If you did not receive a 6 digit verification code via your email, you can request a new code after 60 seconds N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, the verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the booking
- Once logged into the portal, you can view your tickets, view your payment receipt or amend the date/ time of your visit subject to availability and the specific ticket terms and conditions.
